    Newsletter Form (Outlook 2000)

I get fancy newsletters emailed to me that look like Web pages. I would like to compose one for my customers, too. Is this done by creating a form template using HTML, or what? I would have attached one such email, but when I saved it, it became an HTML doc, and the lounge prohibits sending HTML docs.

Compose using an HTML editor and save as stationery - see <post#=274932>post 274932</post#> and <post#=109715>post 109715</post#>.
