Lost Outlook Contacts, Tasks, Calendar (Outlook 2000 & Outlook 2003)

I just purchased a new computer with the Windows XP Home addition operating system. Using a program called "Intellimover" I transferred all the data and settings from the old computer to the new. However, the transfer did not work for Outlook. (2000 on the old computer - Outlook 2003 on the new) Can anyone tell me if there is straightforward way to get the contacts, tasks, calendar, etc. from my old Outlook into my new Outlook?

Thanks in advance for your assistance

I think you need the Outlook.pst file located in (or moved to 'Cocuments and SettingsAdministratorLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook' )assuming you are Administrator. I just finished recovering my .pst file.
