Re: XL Preview Heading Problems? (XP)

The cells A1, A2, A3 and A5 are about 4 pages wide, so you can't expect them to print properly.

You have apparently clicked Margins in Print Preview. The black handles correspond to the page margins and to the column borders; you can drag the black handles to adjust the margins and column widths.

    Wowsers!

When I look at the zoomed Print Preview (see screenshot) it shows so many of those black Page Margins.
How can I cut these margins out to just get 1 simple A4 page?!

    Thanks,

    Bob.

    XL Preview Heading Problems? (XP)

    Hello,

If you please have a look at the attached XL file, I need help in setting up my 1st 3 rows.

These are supposed to be an A4 Centered Heading.
Instead, when you look at the Print Preview, the heading doesn't even show.

How can I fix this mess? What are the black handles at the top (visible in Print preview Mode). Look like the Tab Stops in Word?

Please advise me what to do.

    Thanks,

    Bob.

You need to reset the last cell. See the thread starting with <post#=337349>post 337349</post#> for methods of doing this.

Re: XL Preview Heading Problems? (XP)

Apparently, you selected something like "Fit to 1 pages wide by 1 tall" in the Page tab of the Page Setup dialog, so you are printing/previewing at severely reduced size. If you increase the number of pages to fit to, or adjust to 100 %, things will look more normal. Moreover, you have a horizontal line in the neighborhood of cells EA25:EH25; this makes the area to be printed very large.
But your spreadsheet will never print correctly if you keep those very wide cells A1:A3 and A5, and that mess of pictures on top of one another starting at cell M26.
