In Outlook 2000, I have a user with a problem with the New Mail Notification "turning off" all by itself. She turns it on one day, then the next day (or a few days later) the setting is turned back off again. The checkbox next to "display a notification message when new mail arrives" is unchecked, and she did not uncheck it. Has anyone else seen this before? It's a new one to me.

does she share to system with another user? some settings are machine specific, not user specific.

No. Her machine is only her machine-I don't think that anyone else has ever had to log in there (except for an administrator). We use Ghost for all of our machines, so every machine in the company is pretty much the same. I don't know if it could have anything to do with her network profile (NT 4.0 server), but I guess we could recreate her profile from scratch. I just want to know if it's a "bug" or if it's just her. So far, she's the only one to complain.
