    quick way to populate an array

    In Excel97 it is possible to use a line of code something like:
    myArray = range("a1:g25")
    and the values of the cells are zapped into the elements of the array. (it works backwards too.)
    Is there a similar facility in Access 97 ? I need to populate an array with the contents of a recordset but dont want to write a loop of code when there is a quicker way for the pc to do it.

    thanks

    I'm pretty sure you have to loop.
