Row information cut off (Excel 2002)

I have created a spreadsheet. I have alot of information in a cell. It is a comment cell. If I check the row size by (.Format / Row / Row Height.) I see it is set at 409. When I look at the cell and formula bar I see the entire comment. If I go to print preview or print out the spreadsheet, It cuts off the last sentence in the cell. Why? Help...

Re: Row information cut off (Excel 2002)

The amount of characters in a cell that show up in a printout is limited. The limit depends on a combination of font type, size, printer, and I dunno what else.

If you want to print more, try decreasing font size or zoom percentage.

409.5 is the maximum permissable row height regardless of the amount of data. To print the rest, do as JKP suggested, or widen the column.
