Default HTML Text Size (Outlook 2003) (2003 Pro)

Edited by <!profile=unkamunka>unkamunka<!/profile> to reduce size of graphic and to prevent scrolling

Is there a way of having HTML email display by default in a larger size instead of medium? This is easy to do in Outlook Express. I have the formatting bar installed, and can change the text size through it, but would like to just get it to automatically display in 'larger'. Online Help doesn't seem to have the answer. Attached is an example of what I'd like to change by default, in case there's any question. Thanks.

I thought Outlook picked up the setting directly from IE, but if IE defaults to Large and Outlook doesn't then obviously that isn't true. Hmmm...
