    Automatically updating/refreshing your webpge (Front Page XP SP-1)

    What is the HTML code to automatically update/refresh your page periodically so that users are not seeing a cached page?

    Typically:

    <HEAD>
    (Other header stuff......)
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="5; URL=index.html">
    </HEAD>

    See this HTML Guide.

    I used to use Excite.com as my home page, and I believe it refreshed itself every 30 minutes, to show the latest news and a new banner ad. Not sure if that code remains in the page, but you could take a peek.

    Thanks Leif - I ended up using this code in the site and it works great. Appreciate it!
