    Macros (97/2000)

I am curious to know how to copy a macro from one computer to another (or if it is possible!)

    Thanks for the help!

Macros are organized in modules. You can see those in the Project Explorer in the Visual Basic Editor. Select a module, and then point to File | Export File...

You can then transport the exported file to another computer on a diskette or CD-ROM, or by network or e-mail, and import it into a template there (point to File | Import File...)

Of course, you can also transfer the entire template (or document) containing the macro, open it on the destination computer and drag a module to another template (or document) in the Visual Basic Editor. Or copy and paste the text of a macro.
