    Suppressing blank fields (Access 2000)

I am attempting to make a report that displays the comments field.
My problem is that only about 10% of the people give any comments from our web form. So when the report runs it displays all the blank fields causing large spaces between comments.
How can I tell the report to ignore those empty fields?
    Thank you

The easiest solution is to set the Can Shrink property of the text box bound to the Comments field to Yes, and to do the same for the Detail section of the report.

Other solutions would involve VBA code.

    Thank you!
    That works wonderfully.
