Exchange 2000 - Group Mail Options
Hi All. A simple question really, which calls for those who have experience in these matters.....
Small business, 3 employees. In the process of upgrading from SBS 4.5 to SBS 2000. Each obviously has their own mail account, but to date, no shared mail, e.g. info@ and support@ To date it has all been delivered to one person which has it's limitations.
My question is should i set up a new user, deliver the info@ mail to that mailbox and share that mailbox to all users, OR should i use the download that is available and set up a mail enabled group mail box???
Are there advantages or disadvantages to each solution????

Why not set up a distribution list? The only draw back is everyone gets their own copy of the e-mail. Otherwise, I'd suggest you do what will be easiest in the long run. Easiest to setup, easiest to maintain, easiest to migrate to new versions, etc.
