I just ran sfc /scannow and got the following information about a bad file...what can I do to fix this?

nv4_dsp.dll is part of the Nvidia display driver software. Perhaps a re-install is in order. To be safe you may want to uninstall first. I'd install the 53.03 version from the Nvidia site as that is the latest official version.

Yep,,,ya need the latest Drivers for your Video Card.

Thank you both for your prompt replies. That seems to be what the problem was, I've downloaded the new driver and everything is working ok for now...
