    Incoming mail Log (Outlook 2000)

Hi, I'm a new lounger so please forgive me if this has been asked/answered before.

Is it possible via VBA, or contained within Outlook itself, to create a log of all incoming mails. I have many rules set-up to move mail to other folders on arrival. Whilst I know that unread mails in a folder cause that folder name to be highlighted, it is quite cumbersome to go through all folders, so I was hoping it would be possible to create a log of all emails in a period (say 24 hours), showing the time the mail arrived, Sender, Folder moved to, & Recipient Name/email.

Many thanks if you can help, even if the answer is no!!

Do you really need a log, or could you use the Advanced Find dialog? The picture shows a search for "today"; using the third tab you can construct more complex queries.

Thank you for this. I can also print a table view of all the mails, brilliant.

    Thank you very much
