Watermark as AutoText (Word 2000 SP3)

I have a watermark that has the word DRAFT in it that is saved as autotext. I want to give this to another employee but I cannot remember how to do it. It's Friday and I'm brain dead. <img src=/S/dizzy.gif border=0 alt=dizzy width=15 height=15>

AutoText entries are stored in templates, most probably in Normal.dot (look at Insert | AutoText | AutoText... to see where an AutoText entry is stored, by playing with the combo box at the bottom of the dialog.

Make a copy of the template available to your colleague. He/she can open the template, then use Tools | Templates and Add-ins..., Organizer... to transfer one or more AutoText entries to his/her own Normal.dot.

Or give him/her a document with the watermark inserted, and let him/her create an AutoText entry from it.

Hans, thank you so much for your prompt response. Of course, your instruction was right on.
