Is it possible to insert an address in a Word document from an Outlook Contact. In previous versions of Word there was an icon on one of the tool bars for this, but I do not find it in Word 2003.

Thanks, that works. I also remember having a macro or a way to eliminate the Country being inserted with the address. Can you help me there?
Have a look at <!mskb=212345>Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 212345<!/mskb> and <post#=300855>post 300855</post#>, you can also search the Word forum for AddressLayout

Hi Jim:
I remember this because I had the same problem. Jefferson solved it. See <post#=59608>post 59608</post#> in the Outlook forum.
Cheers,
I finally remembered after reading the MS Knowledge Base article on AddressLayout. I then wrote myself a memo and saved it so I will have it next time my memory fails. I am attaching my memo for you and anyone else who might find it helpful. This code eliminates the Country in the address, but it is easy to add back.
