    Historical Reporting (Access 2000)

    I am having a really difficult time running historical reports. I have a EEO report due next month which I need the following information,

    Previous Dept New Dept Previous Job Title New Job Title Name Most current promotion date Previous Salary Current Salary

    Unfortunately, I need to combine multiple tables to get the data, but, I am also getting multiple records for each table when I do this. What I would like to do is get a report that will only give me most current and previous record but in one line.

    Is this possible? I need to find a better way of doing this than manually.
