Opening NSF File (Windows 2000/Windows XP Pro)

When my wife and I got married her work changed her name and burned all her "old" email to a CD. They are in a format I do not recognize and cannot open for her. File ends with NSF extention. At her work they use Lotus Notus but I bought and installed a client copy for her desktop at home and still cannot open it. At work she can access the "old mail" from the datebase but not from home through her VPN. Anyone have any idea what type file this is and how I can get it open? Before I lose my credibility with her to solve "any" computer problem, HELP!
Thanks, in advance, for all your help and patence with me.

You can download a free trial version of the conversion software from Lotus Notes export in a flash. Perhaps that will open the .nsf file.

Thanks Hans that seemed to help. I can now open some of the folders but not all of them. Hopefully the wife will be happy with half a loaf instead of no bread at all.
    Thanks again!
