    'Can Grow' property (Access 2000)

I have a report that looks like a spreadsheet with all fields set to 1pt boarder lines. By setting the "can grow" property to yes on all of the fields does not allow other fields to grow the same vertical size in this report. Is there a way to make them all grow the same length?

    Thanks,
    Larry

You will have to use horizontal and vertical lines instead of borders, or rectangles. See: ACC2000: Vertical Lines in Report Do Not Grow with Section and ACC2000: How to Shrink and Grow a Rectangle in a Report

Thank you, the line method work great for what I need. How do I change the line thickness from hairline to 1pt?

The report object has a DrawWidth method that determines the width of lines (and circles) drawn on the report. It has a default value of 1. Experiment to see what value you need - probably somewhere around 10: Me.DrawWidth = 10.
