    Free/Busy (Outlook 2000)

We are in the midst of rolling out 2000 around the office. One of our users wanted to set up a meeting in 14 months time. We cannot view the free/busy for that far ahead - when you try to change it in Tools-Options it tells you that you can only have 12 months in advance. Does anyone know if this is a fault - or if this is all Microsoft will now allow?

    Thanks

Looking at <!mskb=197712>Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 197712<!/mskb>, it seems that, by design, 12 months has been the maximum (although it might not have turned out so in practice). <!mskb=262812>Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 262812<!/mskb> suggests that there may have been an attempt to extsnd this with Service Patch 1, but that this was never released. It appears that this remains unchanged in newer versions of Outlook. HTH
