Outlook Memo Style (Outlook 2002 SP2)

I have searched through but cannot find anything relevant to my particular issue, so I wonder if any of you good people have an answer. If I send an email to one of my Contacts and subsequently print out the message from my Sent Items folder the hard copy has a field below "Subjects" detailing my "Contact". I wondered if there was any way of editing this "Memo Style" to remove mention of this "Contact". One of our lawyers has an issue with this and I wondered if there was some sort of "simple" resolution!!

    Many thanks in advance.

Not with native Outlook. You could have VBA code written to call Word and do "customized" printing which omits the Subject. There don't appear to be existing solutions on the Slipstick Message Utility page, not wanting to print the Subject is an unusual request. (Tell your lawyer, in your finest John Cleese voice, that he's a "weirdo".)
