Start up shortcut

What does the shortcut in my start up menu to OSA9.EXE actually do? Where do I find out what the switches are? (Mine says OSA9.EXE -b -l). Should I worry about it? Do I need it?

Edited by KB MacKenzie to add URL mark-up tags.
Thanks, Leif - now I know! The links in the thread you pointed me to got me looking further, and to bring the information up to date, in case anyone else is interested, the Office 2000 version of the OSA is described in the Knowledge Base at Q210875.
