    Duplicated Headings in Main Index

I've just finished setting up my brand new computer and have a minor problem with the Main Index of the Lounge. I have two rows both headed 'Announcements' and ditto for 'Microsoft Office' etc., Is it me, or is their a bug?

    thanks

I am using Internet Explorer 6, like you, and don't have this problem. Does it persist if you force a reload of the page by going to Main Index and holding down Shift while clicking the Refresh button?

    That doesn't sem to help.

I had the same thing on my old PC but there were so many other things that were going screwy that I hadn't bothered to do anything about it. A little bit of history might help. I had a bug in IE on my old PC that stopped me from opening new windows - if I clicked on a link, I got an empty blue frame. I gave up trying to fix it and switched to Opera. That fixed part of the problem but I did find the duplicated rows. I hoped that with a brand new PC that everthing would be OK - apparently not.

I'm running IE6 but did install Opera as well. Is it possible that there is some sort of conflict?

I might uninstall Opera and see if that helps?

Since no other Loungers have reported the same problem, and since you are using a new computer, it might well be related to Opera. But I don't know anything about other browsers than IE, so I can't help you with that. <img src=/S/crazy.gif border=0 alt=crazy width=15 height=15>
