This is the buildup to the question.

To identify date and time a record has been created, a field is defaulted to: now()
To identify date and time a record has been modified, a field is defaulted to: now

Within a specific record I have 3 different date fields that have to default to the
date and time that a relative yes/no field was triggered:

Yes/No Field A

You can't do this in the table itself, you have to do this in a form based on the table. In the After Update event of the check box bound to Field A, set Date Field A to Now:

Private Sub chkFieldA_AfterUpdate()
Me.txtDateFieldA = Now
End Sub

where chkFieldA is bound to Field A and txtDateFieldA is bound to Date Field A. Similarly for the other fields.
