    Outlook (2000 SP3 (9.0.0.6627))

I can not get the client to remember the password. I have tried entering from the account config screeen and entering the password (and checking the box in both cases) that pops up when you hit send/receive. After I enter the password it works until outlook is shut down. Once it is restarted you have to enter the password again.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

What OS and what Network are you using?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

Windows XP with all current patches. Outlook is configured for internet only . This PC is for the most part a stand alone box, it does have Netware client 4.90 installed and does login to a Netware 6.5 server from time to time.

    Thanks

Thanks for the help. I will try these as soon as she brings it back to me (next week).
