Sending web pages with Outlook 2003

Am using outlook 2003 and am having a hard time sending mail from the web. I go to a newspaper and send an article and it doesnot go through or breaks it down into jpg, and various partsor it is not there. The attachment is not right or blank. I am sure it has to do with security on Outlook but donot know how to set it right. I am not sure I had this problem on my desktop at home.Am traveling and have a new ISP. Have tried two software ad ons including Slovaks AO program, an Add on program and one other detachol. Where can I read about what is going on and try to solve this problem? I also have switched my email from HTML to text but still is not consistent.(2003,version 11.5608.5603 using XP)

How are you trying to send this article?
    As a link?
The web page embedded in a email?

Also what "Newspaper" web page are you trying this from?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

Re: Sending web pages with Outlook 2003

I am sending a page from NYTIMES.com or Timesunion.com, on line newspapers. Using IE 6 i use file, send page by email, outlook opens and the page, htm, is attached. I can copy and paste the page into word and email that but I had always used the direct file/send successfully. Tried unsucessfully sending link using same IE file/send/link, I believe the problem is related to the hta attachment or url atttachment.

HTA documents are very dangerous, as they bypass all Internet Explorer security rules. It would be best not to send an HTA file, but instead to print it to PDF and send the PDF.
