Sending pictures in an HTML msg window (Outlook XP)

When I use the Send To right click option on an image a plain text message window opens. Is it possible to change the type of message to HTML, and use Word as the editor when I do this. This "right click option" is nice as it compresses the image file for email purposes. (I wish everyone knew of this trick.) My normal New Message window is set to use HTML and Word as my editor.

Where are you clicking? Is this in an Office application? IE? I don't understand the context, so it's hard to say whether the feature might be customizable.

Dave A got it right and solved the problem. (I am right clicking on the file name in the Explorer window.)
