    Multi User Diary (Office 2003)

    Hi

I have four workstations on Workgroup network, I would like to create a diary so that everyone can see the others appointments, is this possible in Access.

    Thanks

It would be possible to create such a database, but why not use Outlook? It has such features built in.

    Hi Hans

I did think of Outlook but I thought you could only share in outlook with Exchange Server I need each person to be able to read each others diary.

    Thanks

That's true, you would need to be on Exchange.

Dave Willett posted a diary demo in <post#=285719>post 285719</post#>. It would have to be expanded to distinguish between users.
