    sending recurring messages (Outlook )

    Hi,

    I'm ... wondering how you
automatically send recurring email messages. There isn't an option on a
message to send it out at a certain interval. I also thought that you might
schedule a meeting with a group and get it to send a email message every
time the meeting was called, but it looks like it will only send the message
once. Do you know if Outlook (or Outlook Express) has a command-line switch
to automatically send a message. I couldn't find a help switch which would
    list all the possible command switch (/help, /?, /h, -help, -?, -h don't
seem to work), and the on-line help doesn't give any switches beyond
    /folder, /c, /checkclient, /a, and /select. I discovered /s which specifies
where the shortcut folder is, but I thought additional exploring might be
    accidentally detrimental to my email.

I suppose some sort of server-based thing would work, but I'm looking for a
    client-based solution, if possible

    TIA for your help,

    Bob
