    Outlook (XP)

I get the following error when I try to send any email to any address.
I have no problems in receiving them.
    Any ideas?

Messages like this are normally generated by anti-spam security. Have a look at your account settings. It sounds like the SMTP address (for outgoing mail) is not the one supplied by your ISP. You need to change it so that it is. Otherwise, it may look - to the recipient mail server - like someone has highjacked your mail address. HTH
