Where do you call this function?

Re: Update record change (Acc 2K)

I put the code below both in BeforeUpdate and AfterUpdate of each control?

    Private Sub Form_BeforeUpdate(Cancel As Integer)
    On Error GoTo ERROR_HANDLER
    ModifiedInfo
    Exit Sub

    ERROR_HANDLER:
    Resume Next
    End Sub

I also get the following error:

    Microsoft Access
    2465
Microsoft Access can't find the field '|' referred to in your expression.

    Thanks for your reply!

Calling the function in the Before Update event of the main form and of the subform should be sufficient.

Does the record source of the subform contain fields LastModifiedBy, TimeModified and DateModified?

No, LastModifiedBy, TimeModified and DateModified are all fields I've added in the main table last minute.

    Thanks,

If you want to be able to keep track of modifications in the subform, you must add these fields to the table underlying the subform too.
