Hi, is there a way of presenting a report in a form?

    Thanks Darren.

That seems to go against the grain of Access. Why not have a command button on the form that opens the report in a separate window?

If you really want to display a report on the form itself, you could export the report to snapshot format (.snp), and place a Snapshot Viewer control on the form. You can specify the snapshot file in the SnapshotPath property (in the Other tab of Properties.)

You, and everybody who wants to open the form, must have the snapshot viewer installed. It is free and can be downloaded here.
