    Default Form

    I used to use time & chaos which had a useful facility to add a date stamp to a note. I thought this would be something that could be added in code to an outlook contacts form.

    I searched this site, and found the code to add a date stamp. I did this and I now have a form with a date stamp!

    Now I want this form to be the default form that pops up for changing and adding new contacts in any of my contact folders. I can
