Business Calendar

    Hi all!

I want to set up a corporate 'wall planner' - you know the kind of one - colour coded for each department.

I know how to set up within public folders a shared calendar, and assign permissions etc. - but I want to be able to assign a colour to a dept - e.g. all merchandising activities should be in red etc.

    Can anyone help?

    tia.

can't do colors unless you are 1) using outlook 2002 or 2) look at utilities at http://www.slipstick.com. most, if not all, of the utilites will read the PF events and create a calender outside of outlook/exchange.
