Setting spelling and grammar settings (Word 2000)

We want to set users spelling and grammar settings in Microsoft Word 2000 for a staff of about 250 people.

We have an idea what settings we want to make but we need to know how to "disable" or stop users from "undoing" the changes we made.

Has anyone any ideas on how to do this?

    Thanks again

You have to make these changes through the policy editor in the Office Resource Kit if you want to "lock down" the change for all users. You can enable or disable certain features and check to "enforce" them for all users or by groups of users (depending how your policies are set up). The policy editor is pretty simple to use.
