    Mail Merge (Win XP)

Windows XP, Outlook Express, Office XP... done a mail merge with Excel sheet...it has merged the information. How do I get it to execute the mailing?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

Did you select 'E-mail messages' as Document type in Step 1 of the Mail Merge Wizard? If so, step 6 should let you send the messages after specifying the field to be used as e-mail address. See screenshots.

You asked in a PM how to avoid clicking OK for each mail. I don't use Outlook Express, so I can't tell you. Hopefully someone reading this will have an idea.

(For Outlook, there are several workarounds for the security warning. Search the Outlook forum for Redemption or for clickyes and you'll find links.)

Another way to "click" security prompts that has been recommended in the Lounge in the past is Basta Computing's Buzof "Annoying Window Eliminator". I have never trialed it myself.
