Problem With Combobox From Query (Access 2000)

I tried making a query that lists the fees that have the year that I selected on a form. When I run the query, it lists the fees that correspond to that year--so that works. But when I try to create a form with a combo box made from the query, it keeps giving me an error message that says "No value given for one or more required parameters". I don't know what this means. What am I doing wrong? I just want to be able to select from the combo box only the fees that correspond to the year I selected.

Is it possible to post a slimmed down version of your database - with only enough in it to illustrate your question - zipped if necessary?

Edited: This looks like the same question you have asked <!post=here,356714>here<!/post>. Can you please post your reply in that thread?

I posted a reply in the other thread. But I wasn't able to attach the database. I then tried to email it to you, but it was returned undeliverable. How can I get a copy of my database to you?
