Read Only status on Puzzle Board

Being an avid Puzzle Boarder I was going to post a new one this afternoon and have found I have only got Read Only status where i always hade Read and Write. Has something gone wrong or is it me!!!!

Be sure that you are logged in... I know we sometimes forget but we used to allow anonymous users to post in puzzles, cooking and scuttlebutt... but no longer.

I am logged in, I was hoping to celebrate my elevation to a 4StarLounger with a puzzle. I can post to other forums but not the Puzzles Board. I looked at my permissions in Puzzles Forum Information section and it says I only have Read where the other boards say I have Read and Write! It maybe the same for other people, it would be a shame as Friday afternoon is always a bit of fun as a lot of new ones get posted.
