How To Count Specific Records In SubForms? (a2k (9.0.6926) SP-3 Jet 4.0 SP-7)

I have a Form with Continuous SubForm that displays a variable number of records.

I have a control in the SubForm Footer that displays a count of the records in the SubForm

In a second control in the SubForm, how can count the number of records that has a value in a SolDate field?

    Thanks, John

    Try this control source:

    =Abs(Sum(Not IsNull([SolDate])))

IsNull([SolDate]) returns True if SolDate is blank, False otherwise.
Not negates this, so it returns Fals if SolDate is blank, True if it has a value.
Since True = -1 and False = 0, Sum counts each filled value as -1.
    Abs removes the minus sign.
