    Floating bartitles (Office 2000)

Is there a way that I can make my titles float ? I've done this years ago, but I cannot recall how to do it.
When you open a xls sheet, it looks like the titles can be moved and float.

Not sure what you are after? What do you mean "float"? What "titles" are you speaking of?

Titles on a chart?, Legends on a bar chart? All of them are moveable as they are.

You can also add text boxes to a chart (or a sheet) and they will be "above the sheet data" if that is what you mean by float.

Do you want to fix column and row labels so that they stay on the screen as you scroll through the worksheet. If so, then select the cell that is one row below and one column to the right of the rows and columns you want to stay on the screen. For example, if you want to keep row 1 and column A on the screen, then select cell B2. Then select "Freeze Panes" from the Windows menu.
