    Automatic Reminder (Outlook 2002)

Is there a way to set up automatic reminders in Outlook? For example, say timesheets are due on particular days. Can you set up a reminder that automatically reminds the staff that they are due (two days in advance and then, say, one day in advance). Kind of a scheduled email to them? Just wondering!

Set an appointment to "recurrence" to fall on each day that the 'time sheets are due. Then set the 'reminder' for two days in advance. If you want another reminder, I would Set another "recurrence" appointment for the same day but using a 1 day notice. You can set the appointment to last for a year or longer. This is what I do for my personal calendar. I am not sure how to auto any e-mails.
