Sharing Outlook 2003 with Multiple Users in XP (2003)

When I bring a laptop home from work I have to log on as a different user. My problem is all the e-mail and calender data in Outlook is gone. Is there a way to share the Outlook data between two users. I know you can do it in OE but have not found a way in Outlook.

Do you mean that you have to remotely log on to your office network as a different user, or are you logging on to your local home network?

At home I don't have any network. XP requires you to log on whether or not you are on a network.

OK - if I read this correctly, you log to your network at work as User A and you log onto Windows XP at home as User B. If, when you log on at work, your Outlook data files reside on your laptop (and not on the network somewhere), you should be able to access them from home. It this is correct, try this:
Using Windows Explorer, look at Cocuments and SettingsUserName ( at work )Local SettingsMicrosoftOutlook and you should see a file called Outlook.pst. Record this complete path and filename.
Now, open Outlook. In the Navigation pane on the left, right click on Personal Folders, select Properties for Personal Folders, click on the Advanced button and in the Filename area, substitute the file (including the complete path and filename) that you found previously. Click on OK twice, close Outlook, open it again, and you should be able to see all of your mail, etc.

When I travel, I simply log on exactly the way I do at work. A pop-up message tells me that the computer couldn't map all my network drives, but otherwise, it works mostly the same. Have you tried that?

That is what we ended up doing.
