Moving messages between 2 .PSTs (OT 2000 and >)

Is there a way to move messages between two .PST files?

What I want to do is setup a way were "managed" messages by one user can be given to another user. Yes I know that you can forward the messages, but that will change some message attributes, and this is not desirable.

I looked at the Import/Export item under the File menu, but it does not seem to have import messages... from Outlook itself, maybe Outlook Express and Eudora but not Outlook itself...

Is it possible to open two .PST files and then drag and drop the messages into one from the other.

    Thanks

Yes! This will Move, not Copy. If one wishes to Copy, I believe one holds the Ctrl key while dragging (but I haven't needed to do it lately, so please test it out on a small sample).
