Can't see Calendars after June 1 (Outlook 2000)

When we use the Meeting Planner feature of Outlook to check users' availablity, the calendar is not available for anyone after June 1. This data unavailable seems to stay out in front of our current date by about 3 months. It feels like we have a setting turned on someplace. Is anyone willing to give me a hint of where to look? Or other ideas? Thanks very much!

For each user, set Tools | Options | Calendar Options | Free/Busy Options | set the "Publish 'n' Months of calendar free/busy information of the server" box to the desired number of months. I guess it's a client setting rather than a server setting so that peple don't get booked further out than they want (and perhaps to avoid the Exchange server from being buried).
