    some switchboard items... (2003)

Within my db I have a switchboard that contains five items, one of which is a query that opens in pivoitchart view. When the pivoitchart is opened, it is maximized with a macro. What I need to happen is when that chart is closed all other windows in the db not be mazimized. Is there a way to accomplish this? I have tried opening the chart and manually resizing and saving this, but this does not work.
    Thanks,
    Jackal

This works great, thanks. Now is there a way to not have the add the fields to the axis every time the form is opened?

Don't display a query, but a (pivot chart) form based on the query. A form has On Open and On Close events; you can use these to maximize and restore the window, respectively.

Do you mean that the chart resets itself each time you open the form?

Yes sir I do. But for some reason, it seems to be working fine now.
