Some boxes missing when printing a form (2000)

When printing a form, some boxes don't print. Could this be due to some controls overlapping on the form, or is there a property of a textbox, etc., that tells it not to print?

    Andrew,
I've run into this problem before -- it doesn't have anything to do with your Access program and everything to do with printer or graphics settings (and Access' handling of it, of course <g>) or memory. I don't remember the "cure" that I found -- but, to point you in the right direction, there is a KnowledgeBase article on the phenomenon.
    thx

Yes, there is. If you go to the design view of the form and look at the properties of the inidividual controls, you'll see a "Display When" property than can be set to Always, Print Only and Screen Only. If the property is set to Always, then something else may be occluding the field.
