    Multi-Select List Box

Is there a way to reference a list box in a query that has multi-select turned on?

I am currently using a function to create a string representing the selected items in the list box. This requires making the query a SQL string and running it from the module.

I would like to be able to define the query and call it from the module.

    Thanks for any help

    Re: Multi-Select List Box

    Hello,
I am looking at the same problem. I looked at the Post for Access 97 Reports and it suggested the loop through method to build the SQL, however I may have too many selections.
I am about to try creating a recordset to hold the data and use a join SQL to give the final table.
    Good Luck,

Try the attachment. You'll have to tweak the code to fit your situation, however, you'll get a good idea of how the concept works.

The attachment is Access 97, but you can easily convert it to Access 2000 if needed.
