    subform usage (XP)

Hey folks, sorry for the basic question. I'm trying to design a simple inventory management database for our warehouse manager. It only needs to include product #, product title, category, and location totals (3 locations). I want to be able to track movements - I think a subform would be used? I've made a subform table that looks how I want it, but can I use the same form for multiple products? Wouldn't a change in the subform change for all products? Or is there a mechanism that knows to duplicate the subform for each individual product? Or am I going about this wrong?

Your "subform table" should contain a field to link it to a product in the main table. But I don't understand enough about your setup to know if that is sufficient.
