Not a valid bookmark. (Access 2000)

I am getting a 'Not a valid bookmark' error message when I attempt to open my Access 2000 file. I have run a variety of utilities on the file to repair it, of which I cannot remember the names of now because my brain is fried. Does anybody know how I can retrieve the data from this file?

See Tony Toew's Corrupt Microsoft Access MDBs FAQ. One of the links on the page is "To retrieve your data".
