Add WP Document to File New

Does anyone know how to add programs to the drop down options? Specifically, I want to add the open to create a new Word Perfect Document to the File New options in OL2K.

adding the button is as easy as customizing the toolbar. right click on the toolbar and choose customize. drag a button to the new menu and use the hyperlink option. you might be able to load WP using a command line, if not you'll need a macro.

Thank you. I see that I can drag a button onto a toolbar, change it to text, say WP, then edit the hyperlink to open WP. This should be an OK workaround. Apparently it is not possible to change the Office Document button or add a button to the FILE NEW drop down list?

    i can add a button using OL2002, not sure about Ol2000. If it won't let you add a new button to it, then i guess not <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

you can't change what the office doc button loads. you can remove it or add a hyperlink to it for WP docs. AFAIK, hyperlinks override the command on any button.
