opening 2 separate presentations (Office XP 2002)

Is it posible to open and run an annotated or more detailed slide on the laptop monitor with a simultaneous outline of the same slide on the external monitor or projector? (Not Presenter's View.) I would like to have a large type annotated slide show version on the laptop with an outline slide show version on the external.
    Thank you.

It is possible to do it as two sets of presentations, but they won't sync together, and it would require that you have a true dual monitor support on your laptop (some do, some don't). I think you are pretty much stuck with the Presenter View, and that also requires true dual monitor support.

See if Chirag's Power Show add-in helps at all.
